My book has been accepted to be showcased at the Local Book Festival at the Park City, UT Public Library on Saturday, October 4, 2025, 10am to 2pm.

The Last Three Months of My Entrepreneur Journey

 I just realized today that I have not posted a blog in quite awhile. I have been very busy.     My Local Book Festival on 4 October 2025 went pretty well. Lots of networking and I sold two books. Any exposure is great. I have been doing a lot of leg work on getting my book more exposure. I have been able to get a free book sighing set up with the Barnes and Noble in Park City on Saturday, 15th of November.  I am very excited about this. I finished my end of helping a friend who wanted me to help gather her family stories the last week of October. I also finished an on going verification project for another client - 18 months later. Now, we can focus on the research part of this project. I found out that Wasatch County may be hiring a County Historian. I went in person and sent an email of my interest. My Life as a Family History Researcher/Historian- Week 15

This week has been wild.  1. My editor and I got the eBook version of Unraveling the Family Secret uploaded, uploaded to Amazon.com. I received an email back from Amazon.com yesterday. The email stated that they needed more information to make sure I was the only one with the rights to my book and that no other publisher had rights to it. Also, they only gave me 5 days to gather my documentation. My editor suggested that I scan in a copy of my Copyright Registration Letter and copies of my Business License since I self-published through my family history research business, Coming Full Circle as the official publisher. I got it all sent off today with an email reply. I have received a reply email back. They have received the documents and further review is needed. I will receive a reply from them in 5 business days. Hopefully, it will be published by the end of the month. 2. For the volunteer aspect of my project, I was able to become a “Civilian Archivist” (term used by the National Archives for the volunteers in their volunteer program) to volunteer online to help the National Archives transcribe their older documents from cursive to print.
